Head - Unsecured Lending Policy

- Experience of risk and policy framework.

- Knowledge of risk policy framework and creating a risk analytics.

- Knowledge of unsecured lending is a must.

- Ability to work with cross functional team and self-motivation with the ability to learn quickly.

- Minimum work experience 6 years.

- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.

- Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi and any other local language preferable.

- Work with Banks and NBFC to setup policy for the unsecured lending business.

- Create policy from scratch. Setup review and correction/realignment strategy.

- Experience of risk and policy framework. Creating a framework to eliminate/reduce customer personification. Ability to create multiple risk strategies like Risk, fraud, Collection, settlement for our loans.
