- Grow Business Loans vertical pan India, further strengthen the team

- Manage existing relationships with banks and NBFCs and develop new partnerships

- Manage the sales team and liaison with technology, marketing and communication team to grow the business

- Fortify our operations for Fulfilment of Business Loan, including document pick up and documentation

- Provide feedback to our tech team to fine tune our customer acquisition algorithm

Profile :

- Deep understanding of the Unsecured Business loans, having minimum 5 years of experience in Business Loan Sales team of a bank or NBFC. Experience in Business Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) is a MUST

- Solid grip on various BL products and policies of different banks, and fitment of these products

- Preferably a Chartered Accountant
