Role Overview : As the Head of University Relations and Employer Branding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy by fostering strong relationships with universities, attracting top-tier talent, and enhancing our employer brand. Your primary focus will be to lead and execute strategies for campus recruitment, forge partnerships with international institutions, and establish a compelling employer brand presence.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive university relations strategy to attract top talent from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans for various roles.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Plan and execute campus events, workshops, and engagements to connect with potential candidates.
- Lead a team and build a framework for scaling university relations and employer branding efforts.
- Master's in Human Resources from a tier 1/2 institution
- Proven track record of hiring from international campuses; experience in global talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
