Head UI / UX development for Fintech - Backed by a large group

- The role is based out of Chennai but for the First 4-6 months, it will operate out of Mumbai

Job Context & Major Challenges :

Context :

- This is for the role of the head of digital technologies for the UI/UX development. This person is expected to lead the development team across all customer touch-points and channels for the front-end.

- This role requires extensive hands-on experience and expertise with UI/UX development technologies such as native platforms, MADP/RMAD tools, responsive and adaptive UI/UX designs, as well as agile development methodologies.

Major Challenges :

- There would be regular business requirements for developing/integrating differentiated user experiences that need to be completed in very short spans of time. A very agile development and testing model needs to be implemented in order to deliver on these priorities.
