Design Head - UI/UX

- Responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers and ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

- Ultimately, you'll create both functional and appealing features that address our customers' needs and help us grow our customer base.

- The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

UI and UX Designer Responsibilities

- Gather Requirements: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Design Strategy: Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

High Fidelity Wireframes: Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

- Mockups and Original Graphics: Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

- UI Assets: Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

- Team Delivery: Managing and working with your team of designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

- User Research: Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

- Standards: Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. UI and UX Designer Requirements

- To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications.

Qualification And Experience:

1. 10+ Years of experience on end-to-end user centric and creative design

2. Expert UX/UI Design Certification is a must

3. Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles

4. An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites

5. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms.

6. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch , InVision, HTML, JS, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android , Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite

7. Should have experience in working for SaaS, Staffing/Recruiting, Marketing and Advertising industry websites/apps

8. Experience with mobile and/or web-based design

9. Should be able to work in result driven environment with data driven approach

10. Your time and work management skills are off the charts

11. Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis

12. Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals

13. Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools

14. Experience designing apps based on Material Design and iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines

15. Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills

16. Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and UXPin

17. A team player but can work independently too.
