- Establishing relationship with Utilities and private players in targeted geographies showcasing credentials in U/G space and bagging negotiation based order.

- Leading Cross functional teams of Design, procurement and tendering to give low cost U/G EPC solutions to increase market share.

- Contract Administration and management with technology inputs with view of improving and maintaining profitability beyond budget and risk mitigation.

- Client relationship Management and business development through intelligence on upcoming projects, grid improvement plans, potential investment areas and co-partner with client to frame the technical specifications.
