Head - Treasury - Shared Services - CA

BNC is hiring Treasury Head for Shared Service Set Up

1. Cash management, corporate treasury, hedge funds etc.

2. Credit Administration, risk management, treasury finance strategy, fund raising, credit ratings, treasury & forex management, bank relationships, cash Flow Management and budgeting

3. Merger and acquisitions & Buyback of Equity Share

4. Managing a large team (or multiple small teams) of professional staff responsible for asset/liability management, liquidity funding, capital management, ALM committee support, interest rate risk management and measurement for an assigned risk or asset category and/or across a business unit/legal entity

5. Contribute to the development of the operational framework for assigned area and develop approaches to achieve desired goals while balancing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance

6. Establish team policies and procedures related to all technical activities such as documentation requirements, underlying assumptions, data limitations, etc.

7. Provide analytical and strategic support to Sr. Management on various projects related to business optimization and driving effectiveness within organization

8. As part of a management team, monitors risks inherent in new or changing Bank products and implements adjustments to technical processes as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

CA with 10 to 15 years of experience in similar role
