Job Description :

- Responsible for all NHB Act compliances, NHB Inspections, FIU & AML, Listing & Investor Compliance, Insider Trading and Code of Conduct, FEMA compliance, Companies Act & other Compliances.

- Fund Raising from both Onshore and Offshore, Investor Relationship Management, Market Risk Management, Strategy Formulation, Tracking Developments in Economy.

- Managing relationships with banks, institutions, financial intermediaries such as arrangers, rating agencies, stock exchange and trustees. Treasury Management including funds planning, investment decisions, debt servicing & ensuring compliance of debt covenants. Financial Risk Management such as Asset Liability Management (ALM), interest rate risks etc.

- Should be working in a NBFC or previous experience in NBFC.
