Job Description : - Responsible to monitor, lead and train the debt team towards achieving its goals - To strategize and create a clear roadmap for the function and assess progress periodically - To implement relevant policies and processes for the function for smooth and effective functioning - To manage the overall debt of the Company and ensure the effective cost of debt - To monitor and publish liquidity position through the preparation of ALMs to the management and assist in decision making - Education : MBA / CA - Work experience : 8-10 years in the financial/NBFC domain
