Head - Treasury - NBFC

We are hiring for a Head- Treasury role based with an NBFC in Mumbai.

- Management and augmentation of the existing Banking relationships. 

- Developing new Banking Relationships and diversification of the Lender Base.

- Preparation of proposals for bank facilities - fund based, non fund based, working capital. 

- Preparation of CMA, projections, discussion with lenders, timely resolution of lenders queries, Monitoring periodic Interest Reset

- Negotiation on terms & conditions of sanction letter and documentation with the Banks.

- Implement, negotiate & management of the ECB program, if any

- Continuous emphasis and monitoring towards working capital facilities, so as to provide liquidity back up support for the company business to ensure business continuity and to support dynamics of ALM
