Head - Treasury - NBFC

We are looking for Head Treasury for one of our leading NBFC client based out of Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- To manage the firm's funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with regulators.

- Must have handled more than 15,000 Crs INR of borrowing through various sources

- Planning and mobilization of resources from multiple sources to meet the requirements of the company’s
lending program

- Keep track of movement of lending rates and negotiate with lenders on borrowings to minimize cost of funds.

- Arranging lines of credit with bankers as per requirements.

- Ensure compliance with regard to submission of reports to lenders statutory authorities.

- Maintain and enhance relationships with banks, mutual funds and other investors.

- Engage with rating agencies and regulators in meeting their requirements on information of the Treasury
function.

- Analyze risk metrics to identify material risks and mitigating actions related to liquidity, funding and Capital

- Develop new risk metrics and strategic risk analysis tools

- Investigate changes in risk metrics, verifying the accuracy of the data and determining underlying trends and
drivers
