Head - Treasury - NBFC

We are looking the candidate for leading NBFC for Treasury Head role. Please find below the details :

Experience : 10 Years+

Location : Gurgaon

- 1st Preference for NBFC/BFSI candidates

ALM and Risk Management :

- Taking end-to-end ownership of ALCO process

- Tracking various economic and regulatory changes to present a detailed analysis :

i. Preparing the entire ALCO deck and working towards delivering the action items

ii. Competitor's analysis of Borrowings and Cost of Funds

- Tracking maturity buckets to ensure there is no liquidity concentration

Fund Raising :

- Preparing and sending application (meeting banker, potential debt investors)for arranging borrowing for the company

- Working closely to execute money market and capital market deals

- Interact with bankers to negotiate and close banking lines

- Reviewing and finalization of borrowing documents

Investor Relations :

- Handling various queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stake-holders

- Preparing various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies

- Setting up meetings with existing and new investors to help in broaden and deepen the investor base

Economic Research :

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, Insurance companies and Corporate to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding

Borrowing Management :

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation, Information Memorandum and other standardized documents

- Complying and meeting all borrowing and other stake holders covenants and compliance

- Ensure the timely repayment/payments of all the borrowing of the company.

Banking Relation :

- Liaison with banks for transactions, availing CMS facility, any other facility required time to time

- Ensure to Update of Compliance and Authorized Signatories time to time

- Ensuring cash and bank controls by reviewing of Bank Reconciliation Statements and other related activities

Investments :

- Ensuring to invest surplus across instruments in accordance with borrowing and investment policy of the company

- Ensuring all compliance and reporting as per company, regulatory, Auditor's etc.

Monitoring of investment portfolio time to time as required by management

Accounting and reconciliation :

- Ensuring tight controls and periodical reconciling of all treasury related GLs-

- Borrowings- including their sub-classification

- Interest Cost - Accounting and Cash Flow

- Fundraising costs

- Investments and Investment Income

Cash Flow Management :

- Perform all activities in the absence of the Cash Flow manager including sharing daily MIS on borrowings and Sanction Utilization
