Head - Treasury - FMCG

Looking for a Female Talent as Head - Treasury for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

A Post Grad / MBA in Fin ( from IIM's / XL/SPJIMR etc., 2008 - 2010 batches ) or a CA (Rank Holder, 2006 -2008) with at least 7-10 years of Post Qul exp. in the areas of Treasury & Fx. in an MNC FMCG/ Banking / NBFC's of repute.

The role in brief :

Brief KRA's :

Responsible for managing the company's foreign exchange exposures.

- Forex Management.

- Investment Planning and Implementation.

- Competitive Intelligence

- Scouting for various borrowing instruments

- Maintaining external relationship.

- Cash Flow Management for India and overseas subsidiaries.

- Maintaining a Risk Management framework.

- Statutory compliances.
