Head - Treasury Compliance - Bank

- This opening is with leading bank in Mumbai. Looking for candidates who is based in Mumbai only.

- The role holder is responsible for leading regulatory guidance on various products, processes and transaction structures pertaining to the treasury function of the Bank. The role also ensures regular interaction with the regulators for queries as well as during on-site and off-site inspections. Further, the role also ensures preparation of certain Management Information Systems.

Advisory

- Providing proactive advisory and regulatory guidance on various business structures and transactions pertaining to Treasury, Trade Finance, Compliance, PD Operations etc.

Review of Product and Process Notes

- Reviewing various products, processes, internal policies etc. from a regulatory point of view.

External Stakeholder Interactions

- Regular interactions with Regulators, Market Bodies, Peer Banks etc. to for correspondence, clarifications and implementation of

Handling Regulatory Inspections

- Compliance Monitoring through on-site/ off-site testing and key compliance indicators.

- Ensuring seamless flow of information related to regulatory inspections to respective BUs/ stakeholders

- Managing correspondence on behalf of the Bank on various regulatory observations.

Implementation of latest regulations

- Dissemination of latest regulatory guidelines, along with actionables, to relevant departments within the Bank and ensuring timely adherence to the same

Management Information System (MIS)

- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of MIS for Top Management, Regulatory Bodies or other stakeholders as required.
