I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with Sobha Group, a very large Real Estate/Construction Organisation.

Meydan, Sobha form JV for $5.7bn MBR City project

Meydan Group with Sobha Group has announced the formation of a joint venture contractor to develop a 400-ha residential development within Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

The 1,400-villa Mohammed Bin Rashid City District One will be built in four overlapping three-year phases over the course of seven years.

It will include seven kilometers of waterways, the world"s largest crystal lagoon body of freshwater at 350,000m2 and 60% green space.

HE Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, chairman and CEO of Meydan Group, announced: 'We consider this to be the most important launch announcement since the creation of Meydan back in 2007.'

'It will be the closest residential villas and theme park space development to Burj Khalifa, located just 3km away. The market value upon completion will be approximately $5.72 billion.'

PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, noted that each of the four phases would deliver 375 villas - 25% of the units. He added: 'We have already started at the site for the show village.'

Job Description :

- Manage and oversee all areas of operational needs within the treasury function.

- Oversee loan and credit facilities, whilst also assessing and advising on hedging strategy.

- Management of banking relationships to ensure smooth treasury operations and execution.

- Preparation of project finance proposals, working capital finance proposal and other specific project financing requirement like IMs, etc.

- Ensure smooth and compliant treasury policies.

- Development and implementation of strong MIS capabilities.

- Responsible for maintaining consolidated budgets and forecasts. Combined with this the role will extend to providing financial analysis and presentations to the Senior Management to help with decisions.

- Functionally, the role will monitor key performance measures at the consolidated group level and within the operating subsidiaries along with managing the annual budget and forecasting process from planning through to final submission.

- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) affiliated who can demonstrate a strong analytical and planning track record

- Should possess strong communication and presentation skill set to ensure precise reporting and analysis.

- Should possess strong project cash flow modeling expertise besides being able to work on budgets, forecasts, etc.

- Treasury professional with at least seven-ten years experience with an operational based role.

- Ability to manage senior reporting lines and efficiently lead the treasury team.

- An element of external relationship management will also be demanded to facilitate the required banking agreements, communication channels and legalities.

- Technically, this role will also demand a support to the statutory accounting function therefore candidates will also be required to demonstrate strong accounting capabilities linked to IFRS.
