Location : Gurgaon

Responsibility:

- Someone dealing with banks on day to day basis.

- Negotiation on term loans and working capital related matters.

- Must have experience of doing deals for new Term Loans

- Responsible to manager enhancements of existing Terms etc.

- Managing repayment of all forms of Working Capital Loans

- Managing investments of excess funds.

- Management of Cash Flow, bank balance and funds.

- Experience of Dealing with credit rating agencies.

Skills required:

- Person should be well versed with the banking documentation knowledge

- Someone with good relations with banks, credit agencies, NBFC's etc.

- Should be able to handle banking transactions related to collections and payment

- SAP knowledge of FICO
