We have an immediate opening with a Leading Real Estate Player Position: Head - Treasury & Banking Relationship Location: Gurgaon Experience: 15 to 20 Years Job Description: - Lead the treasury function, manage fund planning for the organization - Plan and review capital structure (fund sourcing mix) - Identify various banking products to improve the efficiency of cash flow - Liaise with a consortium of bankers and financial institutions to negotiate best possible lending rates - Optimize utilization of credit. Fund Planning and Raising: - Lead the fund planning for the organization, review fund flow statement regularly, assess current and expected future fund gaps and requirements, prepare overall fund plan for the organization, take necessary approvals internally and action plan to plug fund gaps in order to ensure timely availability of funds for the organization Funds raised vs. required - Equity or structured infusion on a project basis for Rented Commercial Portfolio . Cash Flow Management: - Plan and review capital structure (fund sourcing mix), Identify various banking products to improve efficiency of cash flow, select appropriate bank/ financial institution, negotiate on terms and seek approval, reduce lead time in the order-to-cash cycle; project future cash flows; review, track and take corrective actions in managing cash flows, review fund utilization regularly and monitor timely payback of funds in order to ensure a positive cash flow --% Reduction in cost of capital - Utilization of bank finance - Timely payback of funds - Credit Rating Business Development: - Monetisation of Non-core Assets - Joint Development Agreements - Project Feasibilities & Analysis To work closely with the Management Committee on Business Deals/Transactions. Risk Management: - Lead the process of developing adequate risk management controls and procedures in light of the debt portfolio of the company, benchmark with domestic rates to protect liability, identify systemic weaknesses in order to build a sustainable system for managing long term financing for the company Managing External Relations: - Liaise with a consortium of bankers, credit rating agencies and financial institutions, negotiate best possible lending rates, optimize utilization of credit for each in line with interest rates in order to ensure optimal cost of borrowing for the company and positive credit rating % Reduction in cost of capital Credit Rating : MIS and Reporting: - Provide timely and accurate MIS to top management on fund requirements, cost of capital, fund utilization and paybacks, flag areas of concern in order to provide a basis for timely decisions on key business aspects--- Timeliness and Accuracy of MIS - Develop and Manage Human Resources: - Develop the capability of team through goal setting, capabilities development, performance feedback and career planning, help recruit and retain competent and high performing staff in order to enhance their performance and capability to deliver on functional goals and targets Voluntary Attrition rates in the team - Employee satisfaction scores in team (to be defined). Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experience: - Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance/ Cost Accountant - At least 15+ years of experience in finance and treasury management - Treasury/ Guidelines issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ R.B.I guidelines/Practical Knowledge of Banking / Companies Act.
