Head - Treasury - Bank

Job Description :

- To manage and oversee functions and activities of treasury department of the bank, in an effective manner, by deploying appropriate resources .

- To manage, control and regulate effectively as also efficiently the bank's funds and ensure that liquidity position of bank is sound and optimally cost effective as also requirement of funds are readily met for on-going and capital investment requirements.

- To closely monitor and oversee the dealing room and money market/Fixed income position of dealers within approved risk parameters of bank.

- Estimate short term and medium term funding requirements and plan resources accordingly.

- Review settlement account and manage working relationship with other departments.

- To drive and achieve target of trading /investment and achieve maximization of profit through fund management and trading in various instruments.

- To closely monitor the statutory requirements of bank (CRR/SLR) as also adhere to statutory guidelines issued from time to time.

- To maintain excellent working relationship with investment community and interbank counterparties.

- Act as treasury advisor to bank and apprise the top management of significant aspects impacting treasury management of bank.
