- Across the lending marketplace, able to completely lead efforts to onboard various lenders (Banks / NBFCs/ Mutual Funds / AIFs) that will be interested to participate in the global marketplace.

- Developing strategy on how to onboard various lenders and hold a good relationship with lenders across global Banks / NBFCs / Mutual Funds

- Able to also arrange for debt syndication across various lenders wherever needed on the lending marketplace

- Building and managing a team in order to help with the onboarding of various lenders (Banks / NBFCs/ Mutual Funds)

Key Skills:

- 10-20 + years of work experience

- Good relationship with Banks/ NBFCs/ Mutual Funds/

- Raised funds across various sectors from Banks/ NBFC & MF

- Able to take your own initiative and run solo on the work assigned to you

- Confident and a Good communicator

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to interact with other teams ; internal and external

- Motivated and a team player
