Head - Travel Management

We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in diversified Business.

Position Name : Head Global Travel Management

Location : Multiple Locations

Experience : 14 - 25 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will be handling Procurement and Operations for all Global locations in term of Travel Management.

- Accountable for handling all travel related activities like Air/MICE/Accommodation/Guest house program and Car rentals for all Leadership team.

- To personally monitor and execute CMD ,Director & President Travel requirements for India & Global.

- Coordination of MIS for Global locations and monitor their performance. Timely clearance Vendor payments and ensure quarterly NDC.

- Monitor travel policy adherence and recommend changes in travel policy basis operations and data analysis.

- Ensure seamless travel operation across locations and develop travel team.
