Roles and Responsibility :

- Head the transport for a IT giant for PAN India Operations.

- Strengthening the customer relationship and ensuring security and safety of employee.

- Weekly / Monthly dashboards publish to senior business leadership on transport management.

- Installation of GPS and monitoring system.

- Design and maintaining VPM (Vendor Performance Management) to evaluate vendors on monthly basis for their performance.

- Deliver and leading multiple cost saving initiatives.

- Standardize the cost allocation and accrual process with all stakeholders

- Fleet Management and cost tracking.
