Purpose:

Reporting to the Company COO and working closely with Business Unit and Service Function Heads as well as their offshoring stakeholders abroad,

The primary mandate of Head of Transformation is to provide execution leadership and lead stakeholder collaboration while executing the implementation a multi- year front and back office transformation of the organisation Platform and its ongoing continuous improvement thereafter.

Responsibilities:

- With a focus on stakeholder management, assemble and oversee high-performing cross functional teams across geographies, and ensure professional project management methods are followed by all involved.

- Program Management: Oversee program of all strategic projects of a critical nature to the organisation platform. Establish clear project charters, proper governance execution, dependencies monitoring, identify risks and mitigation steps, realistic resource planning, cost clarity, vigilant timeline management, active project reporting and stakeholder management, and ensure financial benefits of the program are realistically evaluated and realized.

- Organizational Change Management: Gain the visible support from key players in the organization, its formal and informal leaders, and stakeholders abroad at various levels to create and sustain sufficient momentum for change that will overcome organizational resistance. Develop and implement a communication strategy that sends a consistent and positive message of inevitable change that addresses resistance at the organizational and individual level.

Key Objectives:

- Prioritize and successfully lead multiple complex business process and technology transformation initiatives that support transformation of organisation Platform's Front and Back Office.

- Ensure that transformation initiatives are guided by a strong program and change management frameworks that effectively mitigate the risk of operational or organizational disruption both internally and for organisation's customers, including ensuring best in class project management methodologies/practices/technologies are consistently used.

- Translate strategic intent into operational execution, ensuring that the plan is realistic, and that people, processes, and systems are aligned with program goals.

- Ensure value realization, regularly check whether the program will deliver the intended benefits.

- Post program execution, help validate and manage the business impact, and deploy the relevant support structure.

- Change Management Leader

- Project Managers and Business Process Analysts extended from the business

Primary Interfaces:

- COO

- BU Leads and COOs

- Communications

- Service Function Leads (CIO, CFO, HofP, HofRisk)

- User firm offshoring Leads

Experience & Education:

- 15+ years of multi-national work experience, with last 5-7+ years leading delivery of large business transformation programs, business process redesigns, etc

- Deep expertise in using transformation delivery frameworks

- Track record of delivering sustained change in large scale multi-year transformation projects

- Consulting at a globally focused outsourcing company or leading GIC

- MBA or equivalent

Attributes & Characteristics:

- Executive presence with excellent collaboration and communication skills

- Strong technical acumen (IT and financial) and an in-depth understanding of the interdependencies between strategy and business processes, and

- Strategic / innovative thinker who can plan beyond the company's planning cycle and who can - sell- the future state of the company to skeptical stakeholders

- Ability to - lead through influence- with keen eye for the - soft- aspects of change management, the company's culture, and its informal power structures

- Exposure to industry standards such as CMMi, Six Sigma, or equivalent

- PMP or equivalent program management certification is preferred

- Exposure to recent technology trends in process automation such as Robotic Process Automation is preferred
