Head - Training Security & Fire Services (15-20 yrs)
Head Training Security & Fire Services
- Graduate/PG in any Discipline .Preference will be given to personnel undergone training on Industrial Security management from NISA /reputed training academy.
Location: Jamshedpur
Type of Employment: 2 years contract
Relevant Experience:
- 15 Years of experience in the field of physical security and disaster management
- At least 5 years' work experience in security of a reputed corporation at a senior leadership level preferably in manufacturing/mining industry.
- Experience in Training/Training Administration will be preferred
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility:
- Establishment, operation and administration of the Tata Steel Security Academy.
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) based on competency mapping of Officers- 127, NOPR- 500+ & OSSP/ OSFP - 4500 in consultation with all the TSL locations and identify training interventions required.
- Prepare capability development plan based on TNI and plan resources for conduct of classroom, practical & on the job training
- Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
- Training effectiveness evaluation
- Support Security , Fire & Disaster management team for assessment & implementation of best practices
- Development of Security & Fire standards
