- Identify needs & priorities across talent segments & business units.
- Align strategy & plans with larger talent & business strategy and obtain key sign offs from Global L&D Head, Business Heads and HR Heads.
- Drive & design as required strong learning processes & drive implementation.
- Drive special projects/work streams in establishing & continuously improving learning across Sales & Marketing.
- Ensuring learning operational excellence on all efficiency metrics & drive impact to business metrics (effectiveness metrics) & commercial excellence, while managing optimal L&D spend
