Job Title / Designation: Head- Training

Reporting To: National Head NSD

Location: Noida Sector 142

Qualification:

- Graduate/MBA from preferably business related discipline

( 10th and 12th must have 75% and above ) - mandatory

Position Description :

This position will handle the learning and development activities for the workforce of NSD Tele. Primarily, this position will be responsible for delivering the training.

Job Summary:

- Conduct extensive joint field work with the sales personnel (Demo call, observation call, feedback call etc)

- Accordingly, publish dashboards about the field performance

Conduct Sales induction programs, mock calls

- Develop and lead sales training programs that support a value-based sales approach, both for employees who are new to sales and also for experienced sales professionals

- Deliver training programs in the areas of field sales, first level leadership development, new hire training etc

- Develop & execute training strategy in partnership with global team for the region

- Deliver training programs in the areas of field sales, first level leadership development,new hire training etc

- Maximize sales team effectiveness by developing training solutions that support sales reps and sales managers (coaching, mentoring etc)

- Collaborate with regional sales management and staff, as well as with associates in other departments, to develop and update successful training programs

- Conduct needs assessments as part of on-going individual evaluations

- Ensure quality of sales training programs through continuous monitoring and evaluation.

- Ability to cross train business partners in facilitation of workshops/training events based on localized training content

Knowledge:

- Experience in same domain.

Skills :

- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills.

- Excellent presentation skills

Experience:

- Candidate must be willing to travel across India for Training

- Minimum 5 years in training field sales.
