Short Job Responsibilities for Training and Quality Head - Multi-Client Service Center (Social and Digital Media)

- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for training and development that aligns with the organization's mission and goals. Identify emerging trends and technologies in learning and development to stay ahead of industry best practices.

- Collaboration with Leadership: understand business objectives and ensure that training initiatives support organizational goals.

- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth analyses of organizational and individual performance to identify skill gaps and training needs.

- Training Program Design and Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that incorporate various learning methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, and on-the-job training. Ensure that training content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with adult learning principles.

- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effective training solutions.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and maintain quality standards for training programs. Ensure that training initiatives comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

- Evaluation and Measurement: Implement systems to assess the effectiveness of training programs, including pre and post-training assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics. Analyze data to measure the impact of training on employee performance and organizational goals.

- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of learning technologies and tools, and integrate them into training programs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee the implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related technologies.

- Change Management: Facilitate the adaptation of employees to organizational changes by providing relevant training and development programs.
