We are urgently looking for Head Training, L & OD with a Top Brand.
Job Description:
1. Strategically define the direction of future learning across functions, informed by a deep understanding of the current state of learning and development programs.
2. Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the development of learning solutions and successful implementation
3. Designing learning intervention strengthening the in-house learning and development digital platform
4. Fostering and sustaining learning agenda which has content that supports problem-solving, conceptual understanding of employees.
5. Manage the fiscal aspect of learning and development including making recommendations to the business on the most effective use of the vendor/training spend, the annual course schedule/catalog, and oversight of the budget.
