Head - Training - IT

Our client is a group company of one of the leading financial services provider, they are into providing technology development, business and technology operations and remote infrastructure management services to its client and its subsidiaries.

- They are looking for a Head of Training to be based in Chennai, this role will be responsible for heading the Technical training and organisation development function for PAN India operations reporting to the Head of HR.

- Looking for candidates with extensive experience in Technology and Talent development, leadership development, Competency based learning and development etc.

- Candidates must have minimum 14 years of experience and must be hands on in heading delivery for Technical training.

- Role based in Chennai
