Complete ownership of the training team for Company. 2. Responsible for designing training courses, content and delivery modules 3. To set up performance management systems of trainers and its execution 4. To set up processes to help your team build detailed training reports to develop qualitative and quantitative insights 5. Responsible for quality of training delivery 6. To set up and execute training & sales performance audit mechanisms processes by building a high quality audit team 7. To work closely with the business teams, sales heads to identify market insights and plug the gaps 8. To setup and run high quality content team and design sales booklet for Company. 9. Create Quality parameters in line with nature of business to deliver highest level of customer interaction 10. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
