Note: There is a fair amount of travelling involved as the person need to go to the stores to conduct trainings.
Job Purpose
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
- Design and develop course content and initiatives on bettering store performance.
- Design, develop and govern various R&R programs.
I spend - 30% of my time on orienting and on-boarding new joiners - company brief, bouquet of brands, brand DNA and segmentation etc.
- 30% of my time visiting and interacting with stores - reviewing individuals vis-a-vis store performance, creating charter of improvement plan, devise mass training if required.
- 20% of my time working with other functions with respect to training needs and requirement.
- 10% of my time creating and developing brands specific training content and design.
- 10% of my time driving R&R and engagement programs like D-Day for the stores.

- I am able to act and be perceived as a strong support pillar for delivering store performance - both individuals and store.

What is that I need to do :
- Act as a coach and mentor for the store staff.
- Create strong and consistent brand DNA and standardization across stores.
- Act as a quality controller for the stores.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the induction process for new staff.
- Regular visits to the stores - interact and understand ground realities of store staff.
- Track and measure the success of training programs, generating meaningful reports, insights and share recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership team.
- Review and re-design training program and interventions basis business and store requirement.
- Driving R&R for the stores
- Keeping up-to-date with new interventions in store training's in outside world.
- Exhibit strong budgetary controls on the training expense.
- Maintain and upgrade relevant training material and records.
