We are hiring Head Trainer for one of our client. Pls find below details of the role : Roles & Responsibilities : - Curriculum design and carrying-out regular updates for all programs including ability to work with Business Development team on new proposals & program - Effective training coordination for execution of training plan including conduct of classes, guest lectures, outbound visits, assessment, result compilation, certification - Content development and periodic updates for all programs meeting the L&D (Learning & Development) standards - Create systems, processes & procedures to ensure all the above activities go on in a smooth manner - Mentoring key training personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, honing their skills, and getting them ready for the occupation of his position. - Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. - Proactively Identify training needs basis stakeholders requirement - Monitor training performance and take necessary corrective action involving all stakeholders - Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps - End to end business training governance and seek leadership support if needed - Evaluate trainers and up skill the training team to meet organization needs - Prepare and monitor budget for training programs and workshops - Strong analytical skills, logic, reasoning skills and interpretation to resolve problems - Maintain good rapport with stakeholders with regular communication - Manage training metrics for regular report outs - Reporting the performance of training function to leadership team - Training Process Standardization and management Essential Qualification and Work Experience: - 8 + years of experience in delivering and managing training function - Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment - Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training proactively - Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process - Certification in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge Management - Experience in working with Delivery heads and Practice heads to understand their learning requirements, product roadmap and plan accordingly - Must be very good in leading learning strategies, global cross functional teams, planning, analytical & presentation skills. Technical/Soft Skills Required: - Content Creation and Management - Planning and scheduling - Training Need Analysis - People Management skills - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in MS office and leading training software
