12-18 years of experience in sales operations and L&D with reputed organizations with national/regional presence preferably with rural insights. The candidate should have led significant teams in sales verticals. Candidates should lead a team of trainers, guide and support trainers in their daily activities and development in the role. Implementing the set plans across the region
- Train the trainer of circle trainers
- Ensuring the training calendar for onboarding, TNI & refreshers
- Driving Daily operations for all training with the regions/project
- Tracking and driving productivity
- Process adherence
- Training quality checks
- Local Development & driving - Learning Management Systems
- Local language modules
- Tracking and driving training KPIs
- To be able to deliver the content in local languages
- Traveling across the region will be part of the job
An ideal candidate would be one who has migrated from Sales to Training & Development. The position would be primarily responsible for T&D of the Field Sales Team.
