- Managing and guiding the overall provision of Training services, policies and programs that cater to the business & company requirements. - Conceiving, developing & implementing employee training & organizational development strategies facilitating effective training services. employee and organizational development. - Identify current & future training & development needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers, in line with business & company requirements. - Design & develop overall & individualized training & development plan that addresses individual expectations and company needs. - Identify and develop competent training resources & faculty both from within and outside the company. - Implement training plans through an appropriate & wide variety of training methodologies best suited for different levels of employees and programs. - Facilitate the development, review & sharing of structured training modules, audio & videos that reinforce effective transfer of learning and also periodically update them. - Identify & implement innovative, special & tailor-made training programs that promote company-wide knowledge sharing & management. - Organize structured induction training to new employees that facilitate effective orientation to company processes, systems, practices and ethical standards. - Identify and make available all training resources, facilities & aids that support the effective execution of training programs. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement corrective measures to improve effectiveness. - Review training audit reports and implement improvement actions to address to the gaps in the training systems & practices. - Ensure compliance to all regulatory & statutory laws pertaining to Training. - Develop training budgets and control & monitor expenses.
