We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join them as the Head of Training.

Responsible for leading the training initiatives within our advisory division and developing strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and development, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training strategies and programs that support the overall objectives of the advisory division.

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and priorities.

- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning interventions to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.

- Manage a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Partner with external vendors and training providers to supplement internal training resources when necessary.

- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Master's in Human Resources.
