The position requires the following :
1. Leading the overall training function strategy and development.
2. Creating content across sales, behavioral, operations and product training in vernacular languages.
3. Delivering training to field sales staff and to the call center staff at induction and through refreshers.
4. Monitoring the field sales staff and auditing sales pitch and performance in the field.
5. Creating a training organization across multiple cities.
The ideal candidate will :
1. Prior experience in setting up extensive sales training functions.
2. Experience with direct and telesales training.
3. Prior experience in financial services sales preferred.
4. Work experience between 8-15 years.
5. Excellent communication skills.
