Sales: Sales planning: Business plan formulation
1. Develop and approve the annual business plan for the trade function cascading from the overall business plan
2. Approve the cascaded region wise business targets based on the annual divisional targets
3. Review and provide inputs of the sales performance against the plan on a regular basis
4. Provide support to merchandising team on new dealer stores .
5. Develop and approve network expansion strategies on an annual basis in line with the business needs
6. Develop and approve annual marketing spend targets to maximize channel top line and bottom line.
7. Build and drive special Sales programmes for the Top 6 Metro's
8. Develop and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function
9. Focus and work on Key Business growth areas and pilot new actions to onboard new growth engines.
