- 12-15 years in Sales & Marketing, in an OTC company.
- Responsible for creating & implementing the proposed marketing & brand promotional initiatives for all stakeholders/customers
- Ensure activities execution as per the company guidelines and marketing roadmap
- Creating long-term sustainable partnerships with channel partners i.e. Trade - retail, wholesale, stockists, HCP - Physician, nurses, para-medicals & Digital - Direct-to-patient/caregiver initiatives.
- Build a strategic Key Account framework, to leverage potential business from Modern Trade and continuously explore new business opportunities
- Gather competitive industry insights and market analysis to understand consumer behavior, needs and current trends
- Monitor competitor activities in the channel / category providing insights to Marketing, Finance, Quality, Pricing etc.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to ensure effective implementation, compliance and ROI
- Work with all cross-functional teams to develop effective campaigns, programs, monitor spends
- Work with Sales Team to ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotion plans for retail partners
- Lead execution for all Innovation-led plans - from ideation to market launch, and post-launch progress tracking.
