Trade Marketing Manager/Head Trade Marketing

Position reports to - Sales Head

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives

- Manage the Trade Marketing budget with optimization of costs

- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning

- Execution and tracking for the effectiveness of initiatives and spends

- Implementation of GTM/RTM strategies based on brand and channel requirement for optimization of resources

- Leading and implementing channel-specific distribution strategies and plans for assigned retailers

Across GT top-down stores in terms of classification

Across WS depending on category saliency

Rural Penetration in line with category relevance

Key Requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- Prior experience within Trade Marketing.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
