Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Trade Marketing for a leading FMCG/Beverages Company with good trade marketing skills to drive business plans thru strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including brand management and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- To increase sales growth and brand visibility

- Key relationship with customer/retailer and distributors

- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns promotions, events and sponsorships

- Market research and competitors' analysis

- Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, product creative

- Compliance with company policy and regulatory requirement.

- Manage the brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals

- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI

- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and career development

- Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies

Qualifications:

- MBA from a good institute or relevant certifications preferred

- 8-10 years of experience in marketing

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring marketing professionals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
