Head Trade Marketing-FMCG
- This position is responsible for designing and development of Go to Market Strategy across all channels in India for FMCG products, especially foods.
- Trade marketing head will be responsible for shopper marketing as well as channels development across all channels.
- This position is also responsible for designing and implementation of sales IT systems.
- Providing insights into the sales and marketing teams to ensure that annual plans reflect customer and shopper engagement (events, key initiatives, etc).
- Training distributor, sales & merchandising teams and developing needed tools in order to achieve and maintain
seamless execution.
- Designing and deploying the sales IT systems for seamless GTM execution
- 8 to 10 years experience Minimum of 4 Years of experience in sales & at least 2 years in Trade Marketing role.
