- To achieve Annual Operating Business Plans for All India Sales.
- Along with marketing and finance develop the over brand strategy for both existing brands and NPD.
- Drive the revenue management vertical with designing inputs and tracking the spends.
- Plan, design, deploy and track trade marketing spends and ensure that top line sales is delivered while keeping spends within budgets as aligned.
- Team Management
- Design and modulate the D&A spends in both urban and rural geographies in line with Brand strategy to deliver incremental sales through both direct and indirect coverage.
- Develop and drive the sales routine and distribution championship
- Liaison with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales HR and Finance teams to ensure that Sales initiatives and spends are aligned and implemented effectively
- Coordinate with Field team to plan, resource and facilitate Execution as per plan
- Design special initiatives/schemes across stakeholders to support the business priorities.
