One of the largest FMCG MNCs wishes to hire the Trade Marketing Head for South.
The incumbent would manage the Trade Marketing, GTM, and Sales Development with his/her team for the entire region.
Specific KRAs include :
- Setting state wise business objectives (annual, quarterly and monthly)
- Developing and designing the trade promotions to suit the region requirements
- Responsible for entire trade loyalty/visibility programs in the region
- Responsible for end to end planning for new product launches
- Sales Development
- Urban & Rural GTM ensuring and expanding the direct reach of the markets
- Driving new initiatives /projects towards creating a future-ready sales system
- Building Sales Capability
- Partnering with Technology team for a smooth functioning of Sales IT and GTM rollouts.
We invite applications from premier B School graduates with sound sales and distribution experience as ASM/ZSM coupled with a stint in managing Customer marketing /trade marketing /GTM.
Must have managed a team.
- His /her forte should be working with the trade, developing the channel both in urban and rural markets.
