Head Trade Marketing - Consumer Goods - Our client a leading name in the consumer industry - Manage & translate shopper insights into brand building opportunities for our Modern Trade partners & Retail channel. - Develop insights to create shopper footprints by each Retail Environment that could help in creating shopper centric BTL plans. - Conceptualize Retail Environment (Retail, MT) specific POS elements to influence shoppers through their path to purchase. - Work with Marketing/ Sales to ensure delivery of Business Plan against brand/ portfolio objectives. Programs should drive category growth, promote cross-category conversion & be profitable for both business & the customer. - Manage budgets/ spends and proactively analyse and measure Shopper Marketing programs business results, marketing KPIs, return on investments, industry insights, etc. - Agency Management : Manage agency partners ensuring that they are delivering on requirements outlined in briefs and effectively delivering on all account management responsibilities - 5+ experience in Brand activation, channel activation specifically for Modern Trade/ Retail channels - Need someone who has been in the marketing function and not Sales
