- Leading a team oriented towards acquisition, relationship management, deepening/retention of the wallet/revenue for commercial banking customers,while working towards business growth and profitability.
- Ensure a stellar customer experience by driving teams to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective relationship management, ensuring customer banking needs are being met.
- To maximize and diversify revenue from existing & new to business clients by cross selling within the local market of PFS, TSC, PCM and Treasury products to deepen customer relationships.
- Responsible for building quality asset book for the business( both funded and non funded) in a defined territory.
- Build and lead a team of high performing and engaged employees to achieve the business targets in line with commercial banking business strategy.
- Enhance the monthly New to bank volume share and spearhead the liability, trade and assets business including transaction banking products, remittance services, trade finance, FX advisor, hedging solutions and cross sell of fee based products.
