Position: Head of Financial Institutions and Trade Finance Department (FI & TF Department) Location: India, New Delhi Qualifications: 1. Experience in the Banking / Financial sector with experience in Financial Institutions and Trade Finance Department. 3. Solid knowledge and experience in structuring of Letters of Guarantees (including counter-guarantees), Letters of Credit. 4. Portfolio of contacts in FIs of the Asia Pacific region 5. Sound knowledge of the Indian banking law / practice and products / services. Responsibilities: - Negotiation and execution of TF deal, mainly with a risk on FI - Setting and agreeing limits on counterparties (deposits, bank guarantees and other instruments). - Financial analysis of counterparties to set limits - Development of cooperation with financial institutions - Development and implementation of new Trade Finance products - Preparation and transmission of reports to RBI - Placement of funds in Interbank and purchase of securities - &nbsp;Monitoring the financial condition of banks and financial companies
