Head - Tractor Integration - Auto

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand tractor design requirements and integration needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tractor technology to incorporate into integration efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in tractor design, development, or integration.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electronics, and control systems.

- Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Effective communication skills and ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
