Head - Telesales - Online Marketplace   The client is a well-known online marketplace and a global name in its space, with a presence in 40+ countries. It is associated with iconic marketing campaigns in India that have cemented its aggressive growth in this industry and made them synonymous with online transactions of goods. To look after its captive center for customer service and telesales, both inbound and outbound, they are looking for a Head - Telesales, based out of Gurgaon.   Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will :  - Manage a captive unit of 70-80, across all hierarchies, looking after outbound and inbound sales  - Be responsible for charting the growth and expansion strategy for the telesales team, including customer service and engagement  - Bring their own experience in managing teams, achieving customer satisfaction and driving telesales through a structured plan  - Look after other administrative functions for the business unit as well, and liaise with business leaders to understand achievement of common goals in line with company strategy  You are an ideal candidate for this role if :  - You have at least 14-15 years of work experience, out of which 10 recent years MUST be in telesales, largely outbound but inbound as well  - You are currently working within the domains of banking, insurance, or other internet companies in a similar role  - You have managed centers with at least 250 - 300 + headcount in your previous roles  - You have high energy, relevant experience, and excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate, present and lead effectively  What's on offer- A chance to lead a high potential team at a growing company and build their telesales unit.
