Head - Technology Transformation - Industrial/Mfg

This leader would do the technology Consulting to support solely the Industrial manufacturing vertical of the company.

Job Requirement :

- She/He would Drive high impact projects by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Systematically identify, gather, and analyze pertinent information to develop & accomplish project goals (e.g., reduce risk/cost, improve productivity/profitability).

- She/He would Drive Transformation Agenda for the business and customers

- She/He would Drive Transformation for customers to bring about improvement in revenue, support growth, reduce costs, lower risk and develop the necessary capabilities to stay competitive.

- She/He would Set up governance frameworks and process-oriented workflows to enable strategy implementation.

- She/He would Manage a team of Master Black Belts Black-belts to drive High Impact projects.

- Provide thought leadership & management to all new client transitions across all verticals.

Must Have :

- Strong background in IT Consulting and experience in deployment of technology for business transformation.

- Thought leadership

- Polished stakeholder management ability.

- People Manager skills.
