- Maintain and excel over the quality benchmarks set for all Technology Services (Network and IT) services

- Advice the leadership in the matter of various technologies for new products & services in a cost effective manner to maintain leadership in the market.

- Ensure all the Operations meet the statutory, regulatory norms and adhere to the legal framework.

- Continuous review of current processes and methods.

- Provide vision, direction and roadmap for IT.

- Manage IT-Business alignment and follow institutionalized practices of Group IT.

- Do Long Term Financial Planning for the IT function based on Long Term IT Plan

- Prepare Network & IT AOP and Budget and ensure execution with business sponsorship.

- Oversee IT Governance and Program Management for overall IT Service Delivery.
