Ideal candidate Education : B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or equivalent from IITs, NITs, BITS(preferable) Technologies : Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Javascript ES6, HTML5/CSS3, VueJS, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Sidekiq, Redis, AWS, Docker . - 8+ years of experience in engineering roles(Design/Architecture, Development). - 2+ years of experience as people/engineering manager in growing engineering teams - Technically Hands-on, managing team of engineers, and coaching, mentoring and helping them grow. - Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers - Strong written/verbal communication skills - Excellent people manager. Strong in building relationships and collaborate with otherss - Devops experience in production Cloud(AWS/Azure) - Has experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
